At tTeezouz, every item is made to order with care. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or refunds for items due to change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or preference.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly replace it at no cost to you.

Sizing Issues
Please review our sizing chart carefully before ordering. If you need assistance selecting a size, we’re happy to help prior to purchase.

At this time, we do not offer refunds for incorrect size selection.

Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
